Warranty and Service Support

This warranty covers  the equipment produced and delivered by ATTRACTIONS FACTORY. The warranty period is specified in the Product Certificate.

In your claim, please describe the fault in detail and provide your contact information: first name, middle name (if applicable) and surname, mobile number, full address (with postal code).

⚠️ Please note: A copy of the service request must be included in the package along with the equipment you send!

Warranty Terms

  • ♦︎ Throughout the entire warranty period, the customer is entitled to warranty service at ATTRACTIONS FACTORY (Warsaw). The customer covers delivery costs and the cost of additional parts required for repair.
  • ♦︎ If a manufacturing defect is identified within one week after receiving the equipment, the manufacturer will repair the fault free of charge and cover delivery costs.
  • ♦︎ Before using the equipment, please read the instructions on our website. Upon purchase, make sure that all components are included and in working order. A factory defect will reveal itself within the first week of operation.
  • ♦︎ The manufacturer guarantees that the set complies with all technical parameters when used properly.
  • ♦︎ In case of failure caused by the customer (physical damage, improper use, exposure to rain, snow, or humidity affecting the electronics), the repair will still be performed, but at the customer’s expense (extra parts + delivery).
  • ♦︎ Consumables not covered by the warranty include: buttons, cables, micro-switches, IR sensors, and batteries. Physical damage is also not covered by the warranty.

Additional Terms

  • ♦︎ Coating damage and scratches that occur during use are not covered by the warranty.
  • ♦︎ Equipment received under warranty service is not only repaired but also undergoes modernization (cable replacement, comprehensive diagnostics). In some cases, an upgrade to new circuit boards is possible. The cost of modernization is approximately 50% of the price of the electronic components.
  • ♦︎ A repair kit (spare parts set) is provided free of charge.
